You'll receive an automated dispatch confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been fulfilled and is on its way. If you have an account, you can also track your order status by logging in. We aim to send out orders between 3-5 days.
We aim to process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched we are unable to amend or cancel it, but you're welcome to return it once it arrives.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.
We currently ship to the UK. If your country isn't available at checkout but you're interested in purchasing from us, we'd still love to hear from you.Please contact us at milly@waistclothing.com, and we'll be happy to discuss whether shipping to your location is possible, along with any associated shipping costs. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request where feasible.
