We offer UK shipping via Royal Mail. Orders are typically delivered within 3 - 5 working days after dispatch.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.

Please allow longer lead times for pre-order items. Expected to ship within 2 weeks of ordering.

If your country isn't available at checkout but you're interested in purchasing from us, we'd still love to hear from you.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will work with Royal Mail to investigate the delay.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes an item isn't quite right.

All ready-to-wear items purchased at full price may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

How to Return (Ready-to-wear)

Returns must be requested through your customer account.

Once your return is received, you will be issued a full refund for the value of the item(s). Not including the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition
With all original tags and return tag intact
Returned within 14 days of receiving
